Carolina Jordan

I am Carolina Jordan, the owner of Lowcountry Home Sales LLC, an affiliate of Re/Max Inspire. My mantra, to be in touch and stay in touch, is the key to my relationships with my clients.

My expertise in communication, negotiation and management of real estate transactions means my clients enjoy an awesome experience, from start to finish! As part of a real estate family, I have been assisting in transactions for most of my adult life.

Born in Florencia, Colombia, I received my early education in Colombia. After which I studied English in Cambridge, England, before finishing a degree in the Arts in North Carolina. I’m fluent in both Spanish and English, giving me the ability to assist a larger group of buyers and sellers.

I’m known for my insight and attentiveness while employing reinforcement and genuine care for our clients. I’m a big BBQ eater and Beach Lover, which makes the Lowcountry my perfect place to live.

I have received the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and I am a membeer of the Visionary Women's Exchange Club, Women's Council of Realtors, North Area Top Producers, and the Charleston Global Business Chapter.

My amazing husband, Adam, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, has a passion for creating a pleasurable experience for all our clients. He operates as my assistant and is an essential member of the Lowcountry Home Sales Team.

He is a veteran of the Army, where he served honorably overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His time in the service instilled in him a sense of honor, duty and respect and these are the qualities that he strives to convey to all our clients.

After his military service he obtained a degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Adam enjoys running, he completed a 31-mile trail run in 2019.

Family is important in our lives and our marriage is grounded in our belief in God. We adopted 5-year-old Juan Esteban on January 2019, and he has become the light of our days. Now that we have a school age son, we volunteer and are engaged in the education and school system.

Besides being involved with our church, St Theresa The Little Flower, we enjoy participating with local community groups like Meals on Wheels of Summerville, Habitat for Humanity and Operation Home.

My promise to you as your guide through the sometimes complicated world of real estate is this: “Because not all families are the same. I will work with your unique real estate needs to help your family.”

Anthony Bagnano

Hello, my name is Anthony Bagnano. I am of Italian-American descent, born and raised by a loving, single mother in one of the toughest cities in America, Newark, New Jersey.

I have spent more than half of my life in the service of the public. First in the public court system as an investigator and later as a police officer for over 20 years. Following my retirement, my family and I, like many others, began the search for a new place to call home. South Carolina fit the bill for many reasons, but it was still a scary endeavor. I had never lived anywhere outside of New Jersey but boy am I glad I left.

Our families trek to the “Jewel of the South” has brought me great pleasure, a third son, and a deeply rooted understanding of why people are choosing to make South Carolina their home. It’s definitely not just for retirees anymore! My personal experiences during our relocation south gives me unique insight into the hardships, challenges, and stressors families may encounter as they search for a new home.

One of the main reasons I was drawn to real estate was my passion for helping, protecting, and providing others with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate through this exciting and sometimes daunting process. I also enjoy the excitement of constantly meeting and engaging with new people as we travel through this world together.

I am honored to call myself a southern man now but will never forget my northern upbringing. The north has taught me to be quick in my thoughts and intentional with my actions, where the south is teaching me how to take a step back and enjoy life’s experiences as they come.

I am a God-fearing family man above of all and pride myself in embracing and promoting those values. I promise to relentlessly advocate in the best interest of my client, pay attention to detail, have your six, and meet you on the square.
